The Benefits Helpline provides confidential telephone support to clients, employees, and family members.

Employers and HR managers enjoy high-level assistance — intervention in carrier disputes, answers to difficult HR questions, and solving administrative hassles.  Better yet, the Benefit Helpline can take over many of the day-to-day questions and issues so that managers and administrators can be more productive.

Benefits Helpline advocates successfully handle 94% of all issues during the first call.  When this is not possible, we always follow through.  Helpline advocates have the tools at their disposal, so take advantage of this great service.
