SIG provides clients with a customized employee benefits website that is easy to use for Human Resources staff, as well as employees and their family members. When visiting the website, you will find vital plan information, coverage summaries, forms, and carrier contact information. Your Benefits Website provides one central location for communication to employees not only during open enrollment, but all year round.
Toll-Free Benefits Helpline
We offer clients a toll-free Benefits Helpline, staffed from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our Helpline provides your employees with confidential and personal assistance, including claims advocacy support and help with general questions about your insurance plans. This service saves time for your Payroll and Human Resources staff and is very popular with employees and their families.
Online Enrollment Solutions
SIG partners with Maxwell Health, an employee benefits administration and enrollment tool designed for new hire onboarding and online enrollment. To make plan administration easier, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) feeds can be established to connect the Maxwell platform to the carrier’s systems, allowing employers to handle adds/drops/changes from one location.
COBRA Administration
SIG provides an array of COBRA services to our clients, from general advice to compliance check-ups to full COBRA administration. We work with our clients to determine which COBRA administration method makes most sense for them, and then provide that solution as part of our general brokerage services.
